Degree apprenticeships are not just an alternative to going to university, they provide sixth form school-leavers with an equivalent work-based route to graduate employment. Degree apprentices earn a salary throughout their apprenticeship and all their university tuition fees are paid-for by their employer. Degree apprenticeships lead to an undergraduate degree or a professional qualification and are available in a wide range of sectors, including engineering, accounting, law, business & management, banking & finance, and technology.

Degree apprentices get up to four years work experience during their apprenticeship.
Work towards a degree or professional qualification
Achieve a bachelor’s degree or master’s level professional qualification.
Earn a salary whilst studying
Apprentices are typically paid £18,000- £28,000 per year during their degree apprenticeship.

Employers pay all university tuition fees and training costs throughout the apprenticeship.
